Board Oversight

Oversight of the daily operations of Sister Stan's Children, Inc. is made by its governing
Board of Directors. We are an all-volunteer Board, and we are committed to ensuring that
the business affairs of the corporation are properly handled in compliance with its By-Laws
and Articles of Incorporation.
